Focus Day 8th October 2016

More than 100 people each month serve in Brussels at a STC Focus Day – now in 5 neighbourhoods around the city.

We call it a Focus Day because we want to see more clearly the needs of people who are; homeless, asylum seekers, disabled, elderly, children in need, or victims of abuse. We partner with local social-profit associations serving people in need to create projects in which volunteers can get involved.

And, we also want to see our neighbourhoods more clearly. Where do we see beauty in our neighbourhoods? Where do we see brokenness? Attention allows action! Each project is a part of a neighbourhood group of projects. Currently we are active in the Marolles, Sainte-Catherine, Schaerbeek, Ixelles, and Etterbeek. More neighbourhoods to come! Choose a neighbourhood (where this is an option), then a project. The day will begin at our Registration location, and it will conclude with a debrief in your neighbourhood.

Please join us! Many people doing small things together can make a big difference!
