Join our Lunch Bags Collection, Saturday 12 March!

We need your help! We are collecting 270 bags to distribute to people in need on Saturday 12 March.

How does it work?

Prepare lunch bags at home and drop them off at our offices on Saturday 12 March between 11:00 and 11:30 (15 Place Van Meyel, Etterbeek). The lunch bags will then be distributed by a smaller team of Serve the City volunteers at the Malice Centre, Petites Soeurs des Pauvres and around the street of Brussels. We are aiming to collect 270 lunch bags! Help us reach our goal!

What to include in the lunch bag:

  • 2 sandwiches with either cheese or tuna (+ cucumber or lettuce)
  • a can of tuna or sardines
  • a boiled egg
  • a fresh piece of fruit
  • a bottle of water (25 cl)
  • a wrapped waffle
  • a fruit juice
If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms related to covid-19, we kindly ask you to stay home 🙂
So far, we have collected 16.6% of lunch bags (45/270)
