Each week, 52 weeks per year, Serve the City and Community Kitchen prepare and deliver over 5,000 hot meals to the Humanitarian Hub in Brussels.
Each meal costs us € 1.25, which on its own is not much, but if you multiply 5,000 by 52 it is quite a large sum.
This is why, in partnership with Z Zurich Foundation*, we are organising the “Donate Your Lunch” fundraiser to raise money for 40,000 meals (no, we are not asking you to physically donate your lunch, but for just € 1.25, you can help us donate a lunch to someone in need).

Our target? 40,000 meals
Thank you for your interest about our campaign "Donate Your Lunch". The campaign ended on June 30th and we want to thank everyone who participated to help us reach our goal of 40,000 meals raised. You give, you get back!
Serve the City is a non-profit organisation recognised by the Belgian government. So, if you pay taxes in Belgium, you are eligible for a tax deduction of 45% of your donations during the fiscal year.
In other words if you donate €120 over a year, you get back €54 in taxes. Meaning it only really costs you €66!
