Each week, 52 weeks per year, Serve the City and Community Kitchen prepare and deliver over 5,000 hot meals to the Humanitarian Hub in Brussels.
Each meal costs us € 1.25, which on its own is not much, but if you multiply 5,000 by 52 it is quite a large sum.
This is why, in partnership with Z Zurich Foundation*, we are organising the “Donate Your Lunch” fundraiser to raise money for 40,000 meals (no, we are not asking you to physically donate your lunch, but for just € 1.25, you can help us donate a lunch to someone in need).

You give, you get back!
Serve the City is a non-profit organisation recognised by the Belgian government. So, if you pay taxes in Belgium, you are eligible for a tax deduction of 45% of your donations during the fiscal year.
In other words if you donate €120 over a year, you get back €54 in taxes. Meaning it only really costs you €66!
