Over the past decade, Ingrid, a local artist, created over 2.000 colored tiles to decorate the sidewalks of Schaerbeek and other neighborhoods. Ingrid collected all the materials needed for the project as donations from friends and contacts. When Ingrid moved away from Brussels she agreed to let Serve the City continue her work, and we now follow in her footsteps by also seeking donations of tiles and materials.
