Join our Lunch Bags Collection, Sunday 28th August!

On Sunday 28th August we are taking the children and their families from the Jourdan centre to the beach. And we need your help! We are collecting 250 bags to take with us to the beach  on Sunday 28th August.

How does it work?

Prepare lunch bags at home and drop them off at our offices on Sunday 28th August between 08:45 and 09:30 (15 Place Van Meyel, Etterbeek). The lunch bags will then be taken to the beach by a team of Serve the City volunteers and be distributed to the kids and their families for lunch. We are aiming to collect 200 lunch bags! Help us reach our goal!

What to include in the lunch bag:

  • 2 sandwiches with cheese
  • a fresh piece of fruit
  • a bottle of water (25 cl)
  • a wrapped waffle
  • a fruit juice
  • a lollipop

Please make sure everything is halal!

So far, we have collected 70% of lunch bags (140/200)
