Om de stad te dienen (Serve the City), hebben we uw hulp nodig.

Serve the City Brussel is afhankelijk van de onvermoeibare inzet van duizende vrijwilligers die hun tijd investeren in het helpen van mensen in nood. We hangen ook af van de vrijwillige financiële donaties van mensen als u.

En als u ons 40 € of meer per jaar geeft, profiteert u van een belastingvermindering (zie FAQ hieronder).

Waarom geven aan ons?

Financiële steun voor Serve the City komt van team-buildings, fondsenwervers en privé-donateurs. We hangen volledig af van donaties van mensen als u voor het steunen van onze projecten. Uw bijdragen motiveren onze 2000 vrijwillers om te handelen.

Uw donatie maakt het ons mogelijk om activiteiten te organiseren en onze vrijwilligers te voorzien om mensen in Brussel in nood te dienen: daklozen, asielzoekers, oudere mensen, invalide personen, kinderen in nood en slachtoffers van geweld.

Als je de positieve impact van vrijwilligerswerk met STC hebt gezien, waarom zou je dan geen financiële donatie doen om anderen dezelfde kans te bieden om een verschil te maken?

Heb ik recht op een belastingsvermindering voor mijn gift/donatie?

In short YES!

In long:

Serve the City is since 2020 (and at least until 2025 included) a nonprofit recognised by the FPS Finances. Every donor who pays taxes in Belgium and donated to us 40 € or more during the year 2021 will receive a tax reduction of 45% of the total amount donated (e.g. if you donated to us 100 € in 2021, you will have a tax reduction of 45 €).

But to be able to do this, we do need your physical address, or we can’t deliver the receipt, so make sure to fill it in the form above.

All tax deduction attests will be sent during the first trimester of the next fiscal year (e.g. for a donation made in 2021, the attest will be sent during the first trimester of 2022.

Accepteren jullie mannenkleding?

Serve the City does not accept men’s clothing. We recommend you to check with Hub Humanitaire, Solidarité Grand Froid, Les Petits Riens or Oxfam.

Accepteren jullie speelgoed?

Serve the City Brussel kan geen donaties met speelgoed aanvaarden. We recommend you to check with Hub Humanitaire, Solidarité Grand Froid, Les Petits Riens or Oxfam.

Accepteren jullie meubels?

Serve the City Brussels is not able to intermediate donations consisting in furniture.

Accepteren jullie vrouwenkledij?

Serve the City Brussel kan geen donaties met vrouwenkleding aanvaarden. We recommend you to check with Hub Humanitaire, Solidarité Grand Froid, Les Petits Riens or Oxfam.

Welke soort donaties accepteert u?

Currently, we only accept the following in-kind donations:

Books in Arabic, Tigrinya, Tigre or Dahlik.
Food supplies for Breakfast4Refugees (please call for more information).

Unless specified otherwise at our events, we do not accept clothes or toys as we are not equipped to sort them through to bring them to the people who need them. We recommend you to check with Hub Humanitaire, Solidarité Grand Froid, Les Petits Riens or Oxfam.
