Brussels-based think tank, CDEF, collects toys for disadvantaged children in Brussels

A toy drive is being organized by the CDEF ( Christian Democratic European Forum) this winter, to collect new and used toys which Serve the City will distribute to children who might not otherwise receive any presents this Christmas.

Serve the City will ensure that the gifts go to the children who need them most. We will partner with centers for asylum seekers, an orphanage, after school centers in the Marolles and children living with their mothers in homes for abused women. CDEF will collect toys from 29 November to 3 December in the foyer of the Austrian Permanent Representation to the European Union, at 30 Avenue de Cortenbergh, 1040 Brussels , between 9am and 5pm. Toys can also be donated on Saturday, 4  December from 10am to noon at 224, Avenue d’Auderghem, 1040 Brussels (the Tassler family). Please give as many toys as you can! We are happy to receive used toys, as long as they are clean and not broken. Click below to see the flyer. CDEF_Spielzeugsammelaktion Aufruf II
